Bolt the turbo to the manifold Help!

I was wondering want do you have to do in order to bolt the turbo to the manifold? The manifold doesn't have any thread so I thought you make one by forcing the exhaust bolt. It seems like the bolt got strip because when I torque the to where it feels tighten and suddenly click noise. After the click noise the bolt spin freely and you could just take it out without unscrewing it. Please let me know what to do?

well trying to thread a Bolt into an unthreaded hole will get you nowhere except out a good bolt.. you need to;
A: Tap the Whole to the correct size and pitch so that it will accept a bolt threaded dirrectly into it.
B: Pas a bolt that goes through the hole and put nuts on the other end and tighten that way.
Does this answer your question?
P.S. are you from Montreal?

Well, I'm a bit worried for you. Try a bolt that goes all the way through with a nut on the other end.
