I hate to ask this!!! REALLY!
What about a Edelbrock or Demon? Or Hey Holly’s new Avenger with new no trouble power valve.
I would really like to know why.. I just worked on to many old Holly’s 4150 an 4500 with lots of mods, you have to do. Eeeeeek!!!

ive used edlebrocks and had nothing but trouble with them. the holleys ive used have all been pretty simple, but powervalves blowing is never fun.
I would go with a demon if money wasent an issue though, ive heard nothing but good about them.

Wow I never had any trouble with the Edelbrock carb and it was the only carb that I found to have a ability to "hold a tune" I put the 750 in a F350 truck w/ 460 cin, motor and wow.
69 RS Camaro w/350, and 380hp That was 45 min change over from a dead Holly. Dodge 4x4 w/ 360 what was adjusted in 10 minuets after hooking up the right cable and springs. But then everyone of the Edelbrock carbs has been on a V8….
I like the way to Change jets, adjust floats and replace needles/seats without draining fuel or removing carb from manifold. Sad but true I have a 600 #1400 in the 1984 5.0 GT and it had the old Holly on there, trouble-free operation and crisp throttle response.
But I have Never did a Blow threw Edelbrock carb or ever seen one on this forum??? Hmmm!

They only charge $450 to setup a carb and they are a very reputable company. Helps that they know what they are doing with carbs and rotary's.

Glad I could help you. And if you do decide to go this route with the blowthrough holley keep me updated. I've always wanted to try a holley blowthrough setup. And for the price can't complain at all. I might have to twist a friends arm to buy one for his RX3 with a 13bt that I'm building for him.

It is very easy to setup a holley for boost. There is really no need to pay 450 to have basic mods done. I can give a step by step for boost prepping if you need. If you still want to send it somewhere get a CSU, C&S, or Carb Shop carb. TPC is one of the flat out worst companies to have even look at your carb.

Good God Man!! The guys that had there carbs done at TCP….What the hell. And that Ty guy saying he was sick of people whit all the accusations. Like I have said before. I have been know to show right up at there front Door and say Remember me? To many shady business owners out there. So if you don’t step up to the plate and call people back or E-mail ( Yeah that’s a new thing?) Your going to get flack.
That one guy waiting 6 months for a carb.. Come on now. Lets be real.
With a 4150 dipped the night before. How long does it really take to tear one down to nothing on a nice terry-cloth table? Me with my tool cart rolled next to me with the stereo on in the shop. And a Heineken beer….about 20 to 30 minutes taking my time Right. No wait! 6 month drinking binge. Hahaha!
Things I have for the Holly 4150:
1. accelerator pump discharge nozzle sizes ( SMALL ONES WORK FOR ME)
2. A notched float is an absolute necessity when using main jet extensions! (YES)
3. Adjust-A-Jet Kit ( Not like I thought it would be or Adusting)
4. My Banish bogs forever Secondary Housing.. (Well sort of.).
5. My Hi-Perf 50cc Acc-punp kit…( Way to much 30cc back in)
6. Nitrophyl with Two Main Jet Extensions ( It works )
7. Power Valve Block-Off Plug ( not used yet )
8. Quick-Change Spring Kit (I like this)
9. Titanium Needle & Seat= $ 20 bucks (works little better)
And a little jar full of main Jets...

Look what I found today way out of town. I saw this GT just sitting there in a field and the guy said $750.. No smoke and drives very well. It's a 1983. What a kick in the pants to dive roasting the tires 1-2-3- Chirps 4th My new Turbo project that I don’t have to worry about blowing the motor. I have a very Dead FB sitting in my back yard that it would go in. Hmmm.
