Blocked High flow/ Power loss?

Would a Blocked cat cause dramatic power loss?

I have been told over 30hp can be lossed! I did have a high flow cat!

Fault caused: No second turbo boost!

Regards...

YES! A clogged cat is like a potato in your tailpipe!! Well, maybe not that bad. Losing horsepower is one result, but even worse, your engine and/or turbos can be destroyed be the majorly excessive backpressure. Gut it or replace it immediately and stay off the boost until then.
