I would say Tial or the HKS but its not from personal experience just word of mouth. The sound part is just personal taste.

Tial. Superior materials and made right here in the states. Sound means nothing to me anymore. Had an HKS for the sound. It broke. Buddies HKS broke in the same place. Tial doesn't give you the sound that makes kids turn their heads but they work...and keep working.

I've got an rfl bov, rofl, it was cheap and available easily so I picked it up. not going to be hard to switch to tial if I don't like this one. Liked my old school greddy and my newer type S. Really like the old school bov cause it worked, there was absolutely no compressor surge on my bnr stage IV witch I've heard is very hard to combat.

Not sure, but it seems to be some derivative of it.

I got a greddy rs and it sounds and performs good although I've never owned any other models to know anything about them. I do know every time it blows off every body turns around to see whats making that wonderful sound. I mainly got it for the sound to be honest.

The one that makes the least amount of noise and passes the most amount of air. Less noise, less restriction. Cool sounds are for posers. GReddy Type R is reliable, adjustable and works very, very well. And I hate GReddy products.
