Bends, Manifolds and Cupplings

Im planning on building a manifold for my turbo setup, low psi (7-10). I have came across a few ideas for my turbo mani and what materials i should use.

At work we have 90* WB LR 2" STD W, or in other words 90 Degree, Weldable Bend, Long Radius, 2" Std Weight. These beds have a measurement of 3" from the center of the Inlet to the far edge of the Outlet; they are schedual 40 and are app 1/8th of an inch thick. Wall thickness can be chosen all the way up to .5 of an inch. These are what i plan on making the first turn off the Ex.Mani of. A further thought braught me to think that they should be a little further off the exhaust flange, i dont really know exactly yet, but i might add 1/2 -2" of tubing to extend the bends off the engine. Although i said im going to use 90 degree bends i was also thinking of maybe using 45's. Again i still havent looked into it enough yet. The pipes would connect app 10 inches below the exhaust flange, where a square turbo flange would meet the turbo itself. From there the turbo would be fitted into place with a heat shield.

For the intake side of the story, im going to use a "turbo carb hat" with a 2" inlet.

Heres another important question, how hot does intercooler tubing get in this whole prosses, before and after the intercooler? Reason asking is, what should the cupplings be made out of to withstand the heat. At work we have CI/PST-CI/PST cupplings made of rubber, now i dont know how they will hold up. They can hold hot water tempatures easily but thats prolly only to 150 degrees. Is that good enough?

Answer if you want, thanks for anyone who does.
