i have used a harley davidson bike batt in our setup and had no trouble starting up nice and small but i would;t run your acessories to long as reserve capacity isn't that great or can use small ones that the jap imports use we did a greddy i/c install with a stand up radiator on a gen 3 we turned the batt tray around and cut it down to suit the size of the batt worked a treat

You can get a battery tray for a size 51R battery (ask Jeff Hoskinson or check the classifieds). Or you can get the tiny Odyssey PC680 battery with a tray from N-Tech or Rotary Extreme. Or you can cut up your stock tray like the A'PEXi FMIC instructions say and use some kind of smaller battery (not sure what size). Or you could relocate the battery to the bins behind the seats (lots of shops sell kits, or you can DIY). Or you could do something totally custom like mount an Oydssey PC925 or some other battery.

Relocate your battery to the rear storage bin. That's what I did for less than the cost of a new battery. Summit Racing sells a kit for about $50. In addition to that, there's alot of benifits of doing it this way, weight distrubution, looks etc...
Look at the "sticky" for 3rd gen FAQ's. It's very easy to do too! D
