APEXI wastegate screwed? Please help

I have been having shitty time with setting up the APEXI single kit. I bought it used but it seemed to be in new condition. The car is will boost to over 20 pounds and the WG will open but creeps like nuts. I took off the boost controller to see if it was the problem and just hooked the bottom to mani. press. but it did the same thing. I took off the WG and blew into the top and bottom hose nipples and there is no resistance, the air just runs through it. I took it apart and the rubber bellows is fine but it seems like there is a sleeve or collar missing around where the plunger enters the sealed aluminum body. Has any one taken there APEX WG apart and can tell Me what is supposed to be in there. I could not find a parts link for the APEX wg anywhere and the guys at APEX intigration USA dont know ****. IS ther somewhere or someone I can send it for service.

Please help!!!!

May be you should make absolutely sure that the wastegate is whats causing your over-boosting problem. Try removing the wastegate and inspect it and see if anything look irregular, such as warpage or foreign objects getting stuck in the valve. Then, you can use a T-fitting and put a boost guage inline with the lower port of the wastegate and shoot compress air into the third port on the T-fitting. Use the regulator on your air compressor or modulate the air nozle to simulate boost generated in the intake manifold and observe the valve movent.
This way, you can actually see if the valve is opening correctly.
If the valve is not opening correctly, you should contact the authorized dealer that sold you the wastegate and see if you can get APEXi USA to give you a replacement...

I Know of 1 motor gone because of an A'PEXi wastegate that stuck closed and other reports of people that think it was their problem " THEY WERE NOT SURE".

I have a RX6 kit that I put a 46mm Tial on. Do a search if you want detailed instructions, It took me a little over 3 hours not including getting parts. I did a search a while back and Max Cooper said that the HKS is almost a direct bolt up. This is a much easier way to go.

I have my new A'PEXi wastegate if you want it. I was going to sell it but I am ****. I really don't want to sell anything that I would not want to use. If you want it E-mail me. $50.00 you pay shipping. It might take me a while to get back to you because of my limited computer access.
