My timer worked perfectly for about 6 months then i parked the car for the winter over the course of the winter i installed a stereo

when i reconnected the battery to see if everything was working right the display on my timer came on and flickers about 60 times a second will not count down. also i can not change the display of the timer with the little joy stick it wont do nehting but flicker

also the LED light on my amp flashes at the exact same rate as the timer but it has its own poer connection and its own ground these must be connect but i cant figure it out

any one have any ideas?
