Apexi RX6

I'm looking to buy an RX6 turbo from Apexi and I was curious if it is oil cooled and water cooled or just oil cooled?

They come standard oil cooled, but you can get one that is water cooled too but it is a lot more expensive

I'm not sure if I want to pay more the kit is already really expensive. But just for kicks where would I get an oil and water cooled rx6 turbo?
