Pump gas people, come on...

Even so, Steve knows those numbers were inflated

"keep in mind that the correction factor was extremely high due to the high altitude. I think it was 1.23. The numbers seemed slightly inflated and I told Candice that it might be off a little. Uncorrected hp at 23psi was 414rwhp? I maxed out the flow on the turbo, it wasn't holding anymore boost and was slowly dropping to 21ish psi towards the higher rpm."

"23psi was 414rwhp", thats a big correction factor going to 500 rwhp.

last one i built and tuned for a friend
98 RON ( equiv to US 93 MON ) pump unleaded, no WI, no IG booster or MSD
ls1 coils
4 x 1000 cc
to4b, 50 mm gate
large exhaust extend port, 8.5 , 2mm
measured 240 rwkw ( 320 rwhp ) at around 1 bar, 11 AFR, run in tune
( slipping clutch all way up to 23 psi , dyno dynamics aussie dyno, shootout )

on street with good clutch runs an overshoot 23 psi
holds down to 19 psi on 8 psi spring
( above 20 psi IG tune is deliberately flattened off )

my FC rx7 engine ( propane carb , modded dizzy DLIDFI ,mild port, stock exhaust port )
has run 20 psi on a backcut highflow , modded gate , 9.0 2mm
( expecting around 220 rwkw at 1 bar )

my rx2 engine
= large exhaust 6 port with turbo middle plate and modded gate highflow = 18 psi with a 20 psi overshoot regularly
98 RON
6 x 550 cc
9.0 , 2mm
no WI , no MSD CDI
( pre dyno days, but similar in power to the first example, ran 109 MPH roll through = 350 rwhp ish )

who's number was inflated?
We made 511hp with 21~22psi and pump gas @ $1.80 per gallon...

When are you going to send that donation?

T04Z is just a ballbearing T04R.

T04R/Z have ~67mm compressor inducers. GT35R has 61mm. Bigger=more power at the expense of spool.

I couldve sworn I already gave you this link, maybe I have you confused with someone else.......
