Title says it all. Curious how much power an EFR 7640 makes on a stock (no port) FD motor. Please post specs of your setup.

I would think 350rwhp max, more like a good 300rwhp size turbo. I would not recommend using it. The EFR 7670 is the smallest size useable for a 2 rotor.

The turbosource website says that the 7670 IWG is good for 350-475 hp.

Wondering if anyone came close to these type of numbers...

469rwhp is the most I have seen from an E85 powered 7670 IWG. ( dynojet)

Probably had a good 200 customers make 425rwhp on the 7670 IWG,

Just to be clear you asked about the 7640 which is a lot smaller.

You are right, I realized I said 40 not 60 so my bad haha.

What type of fuel setup and boost levels did it take to get to 425 rwhp? What type of numbers are achievable on pump gas?

Usually 4X ID1050X injectors are used an a single walbro 460lph. 16 psi makes 400rwhp, and 18 makes 425rwhp on pump gas. A turbosmart IWG actuator upgrade is needed.
