The bracing to the roll cage is convenient. I guess it goes with the fuel cell in the back seat though.

I would like a picture of his head on fire from the extreme heat the turbo produces.... picture of his helmet fused to his head would be nice too

i understand the concept of doing it...as have been on the same idea for a while now.it kind of works like the N/A theroys of exhaust laws...
tourque gains can be made from putting the turbo in this location.to my understanding it is also backpressure type thing and gains will be more in a high overlap engine(ported engine).the long length runners use the pulses to pull the next exhaust from the rotorhousing.like a tuned length header on a N/A piston motor.it improves low down tourque.basically you can all laugh at it if you like,it isnt necessary to do it like this but will make more power/tourque at a given boost level.basically by putting a turbo on a car you have power anyway..need more? then turn up the boost!...what about without turning up the boost?...longer runners tuned length exhaust headers, along with a different intake manifold/runner design to complement the whole system.ive seen it done on a 13b and have seen the dyno results.it works a treat!.as far as lag is concerned everybody says the same thing when ever they look at a set up like this.in drag racing its not really a problem as 10,000rpm launches would mean you are spinning the turbos hard before you go.having excessive boost low down as letting out the clutch would only fry the tyres on the launch.most of the pros in racing are using "gear dependant" boost controll and step the boost down a bit in the lower gears.as putting any more in would only turn the tyres...so say what ever you like about it but i dont see a problem with the theory of placing the turbo that far away from the motor i think its a good idea....
the only thing i dont like is what a lot of you said about it being dangerous.
it should have been mounted low and covered with steel plate to form a protective firewall.or underneath car..
my 2 cents worth for today...

That was the first thing that entered my mind "where's the massive scattershield!" ...

It also looks like the one header pipe will basically be resting on the drivers seat? he can delete his heater core now! .

boost can be the best or worst thing in the world.. up to you to make it either or

Nice, that link is pretty sick. The trunk is where the magic happens if your turbo is larger then you.

Well good luck anyways bro. Im sure it will be fun either way just be safe.. think about everything bad and make sure you do something to prevent that bad thing from happening lol
