off the top of my head, i'd say search for thread by the user Aaron Cake. there are many others, but i think you'll find many insights from his threads on the subject.

 

my n/a turbo ran ausome for about 2 weeks, somthing went wrong, think my fuel pump couldnt keep up, ended up flatening my apex springs. when it was running it was worth all of the work, will be running the same setup again, just gunna have a new fuel pump and street port.
