any FAQs for turbo measurment n00bs?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anyone has a nice detailed writeup or FAQ about turbo sizes, names, measurments, trimming, all that wonderful ****.

There is always an influx of n00bs, and I still don't know nearly as much as I want, does anyone have a nice, updated place about this stuff?

Amazon currently has a special package deal on the Hugh MacInnes and Corky Bell turbo books. These are good for nubies.

Um, throwing ballbearings into the intake doesn't make your turbo a "ballbearing" turbo, lol.

dang man, I was trying my new ballbearing injectors. I think instead of helping the turbo spool up faster, the turbo spools up slower now. dagnabit..

Ok, ok...... I'll admit what it really was.

I was taking water injection to the EXTREME. I thought, hey, why not ice injection? snow injection? Both! so I would just jam tons of snow into my air filter. And bam. screwed up turbo. What went wrong?

Maybe you should have picked the pebbles out of the snow first?
