Am I screwed..?

Here's my prob. The other day I installed my new Corksport exhaust. My car ended up with a exhaust leak where the d/p meets the turbo. I used the stock nuts and gasket (note there were no washers present). I ordered a new gasket thinking this would fix my prob. Well I went to install the new gasket now I can't get the top nut off the bolt nearest the fenderwall. I think I over tightened it when I install the d/p to see if the leak would go away. The other two came off no prob....did I just screw my self and ruin the bolt that threads to turbo? I noticed the threads on the bolt only go soo far. What should I do? Do I need to replace that part of the turbo? I put washers on the other two bolts and tightened and still a leak. I'll be pissed if I find out the d/p flange isn't flat...

when you installed the dp, did you thread it in by hand first? or did you go straight for the wrench/ratchet? if you did it without forcing it, it should come off..

When I took the old d/p off it came off easy. I did hand thread it. I'm sure I didn't crosss thread it and I did spray it with PB.

Well I got a breaker bar and PB blast. The nut did loosen a few turns than wouldn't go no more.? Just seems odd. I used an open wrench and counted the threads. The bolt in the turbo didn't move. I managed to tighten it a lil' more, but I'm still back to square one. Which is a small leak. Where as to yest. I had a big leak. Not as annoying as yest. though where all you could here is a tick tick from inside the car. I dunno. I feel like I might break the bolt or strip the nut. I might have to live with this.
