we removed the OMP from my car, and my car wont start.. it turns over and all is well but she wont fire up.. however if we spray starter fluid in it she will fire up till it runs out then its dead again.. she gets spark, she gets fuel i dunno what else unless my harness is screwed.. only think i can think of is limp mode. well driftfc thought of it..

Why the hell did you remove the OMP? The ECU will go into limp mode without the OMP, definitely.

Car SHOULD run without the OMP, but you've likely flooded it or screwed something else up.

Agreed. In Limp mode the car should start and idle fine. You just don't get any ignition advance or fuel under load.
I'm also curious as to why you pulled the OMP.

I'm reinstalling the omp, I think my wiring harness is jacked up.

I was going to rub ore mix.

What is this mystical 'rub ore mix' you speak of?

Who in God's green Earth told you that you could just remove the OMP, by the way?

Also, please give us the details. In other words, was this car running perfectly fine then...this? Or is this a car that is being resurrected from the dead and you are just starting to fiddle with it?
