I havent ever heard of any intake kit for a single turbo unless its what came with the turbo. There is no reason you cant pick up some piping and route the air filter to a better spot to pick up cold air, this would of course mean some custom fabrication. Why are you getting a new air filter? Most air filters that would come with a single turbo are can be cleaned and reused? If you want a different color than find a universal one you like and order the same piping size for what you have.

i currently have one which is a pretty cheap one that came with the car, i think its the jf brand or sumfing, plus this filter has been damged, it has dents everywhere on the filter. My current filter fits staright from the turbo, but in a very cramp place, thats y i thought an custom intake pipe would be better

Don't know of any intake kits for turbo, they are all pretty much just filters bolted to the turbo or to an elbow that is bolted to the turbo.
As far as filters go, get either a powerstack or k&n cone filter. They are basically the same except the powerstack can suck air in from the top and the sides, not just the sides like k&n. I went a little overkill on my filter size but i love it none the less.
