OMFG i said call them and he will answer your questions.
I've never been in such a discussion with such a dense person that won't even take the initiative to do the research so he doesn't look like such a dumbass to people that are in the know.

he didn't answer them here, so why would he if i called him?

i won't do research? there's none to be done. the questions i asked weren't answered, and i can't get a compressor or turbine map to do the research for myself. ignoring the facts doesn't make you sound any smarter.

I know the facts.....i did the research......I'm sorry Ron doesn't run his business off of Rx7Club.com granted it helps get the word out, but he has alot of cars in his shop at all times that demand his attention.

He started a thread stating that there was not a comp map available. Why do you keep asking for it? Any ?'s about effici3ency, flow, shaft speeds, etc has been answered aznd the sources cited. Get a life man.

If you, jacobcartmill, bdc, 87gtr etc spent as much time developing you own products/cars as you do bashing other vendors, oyu mightb have something significant to add to the rotary community.

Edited......The turbo is proving itself more and more...I'm going to be the bigger man and withdrawl myself from this argument. I have faith in Ron and his product. you can take it or leave it. Its obvious you won't ever deal with D-R so why don't you withdrawl yourself from any conversation pertaining to the product as well.

i'll read the topic but refrain from feeding into any more petty arguments.

I'll even be "big boy" enough to let you have the last word.

Ok, so can someone running one of these turbos measure the temperature on both sides of the compressor while running whatever boost level is required to be in this 82% efficiency range? even better post a dyno run of this as well so the mass flow rate can also be estimated

we'd probably run a few of our own tests before marking it up and selling it.

Ron sold KaoticFdr1 the following.

1. AF61R Turbo Kit
2. 1600 cc injectors
3. Fuel Rail
4. Resistors
5. Fuel Pump
6. Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
7. Earls Fittings
8. Custom intercooler piping

He sold him all of that and installed it for 1,800

It really looks like Ron is ripping people off huh?

Yet everyone seems to think he's making a considerable amount money off these. I don't know why Ron even bothers. He's sells this stuff dirt cheap and basically installs everything for free yet gets so much grief.

the way he avoids specific questions makes him seem shady.

I'll vouche for Ron, and I've dealt with Guitarjunkie also. Either way, Ron worked his *** off to get my turbo ready for me, and Guitarjunkie did the same for my engine despite all his other work. Anyway, this thread has gone way off subject... and I just spent the last 2 hours of my life putting on the damn 99 spec lip. Time for food.

i wasn't looking for a debate; i was looking for an answer.

how do you know it's 82% efficient, and what flow rate and pressure ratio it's efficient at?
