I already told you in the DR forum. If you've done any research on this turbo you would know that the logo needs to be grinded/sanded off.
You recieved the right turbo.

Yeah most turbos come from tractors or diesels, the markup on a turbo is just outrageous.... so yes, John Deer, Cat, Schwitzer, etc... HKS, Greddy, etc... they just rebadge them and charge even more!
Realistically you can get a turbo identical to a T51r for 1/2 the price, but it wouldn't be a vband setup, it would be a T4 or T6.
Mine was ground off, but its all the same. I dont think there is room for me on the dyno today, my 21 psi numbers will have to wait. =P

when you started talking **** about the facts i pointed out.
and **** bdc! he's whining about it being an s300.. i don't give a ****. i'm concerned with homeboy claiming 82% efficiency when he's never seen a compressor map. not to mention he's misleading people left and right. i got my impression of this thing from darren's car and the bullshit that has been spread.
hey, ebay manifolds are great for the money, but he could have at least used a newer one with the thicker flanges, or thought about having to cut the strut tower to fit the thing in.
hell, call me crazy, but MAYBE he should have tested this thing himself, before he sold it and avoided all this crap.

My flanges were fine.....i was informed when purchasing thekit that i'd have to dent my strut tower....OH WELL didnt' hurt anything.....its a small dent. I always ask about everything before i buy something....its called SMART SHOPPING.....if the product won't hold up as advertised i return it.....but you know what....it did and i love it.

He's not the only person that doesn't have to test it to know it works there are other HIGHLY reputable companies marketing turbo's that haven't been tested.
