? about a peripheral turbo 2 engine
I traded my non running turbo 2 for a 89 Mazda b2200 with a peripheral turbo 2 engine my problem is that when I gat the truck the fuel regulator was at 5lbs is too low for fuel injection I drove the truck like that but it was feeling like it was too much fuel then I talk to some people and they told me that the fuel pressure should be at least 38lbs so I raised the pressure to 18lbs it was driving fine for an hour but it just shut off and I think it cross my spark plugs i dont know what to do? this is the combination :
-1985 Toyota celiac ECU
-4 550cc injectors
-aluminum inteck manifold
-stock turbo with a 3" exhaust system
-Audi fuel pump regulated at 18lbs
What is a good combination for a peripheral turbo 2 engine?

haha madmax styles with 6 cable ties and some wire on the pumps
theres a few things that dont really add up with your setup,
Must be a pretty small PP to be running on a standard turbo but from the pics it doesnt look like they are?
Have you pulled the plugs yet? Cause if the gauge has had the drop/knock treatment it maybe reading wrong?

You're the same guy who posted in 2nd Gen Technical bragging about his "Sweet Setup?"
Here's the thread: https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/s5-turbo-periferal-motor-pics-enjoy-sweet-setup-801082/
Pics look identical, same messy engine bay. Different name.

It's like a car accident, I want to stop looking at it but I just can't. Could ..... someone explain to me how in the world this thing runs without an EMS? (obviously it isn't running now, but was it just completely dumb luck that it did in the past?)
