88 s4 turbo swap overheating help!

just finished my swap. have all stock turbo parts installed ie, maf ,map ,tid. new radiator, thermostat car overheats in about 10 min driving even without hitting boost the motor is strong and doesn't smoke one bit so i know its got good seals also have 95 psi on both rotors. did my tps adjustment also and that is set up good. i think its running lean because when i start it up and let it run at 2k rpms the exhaust manifold starts to glow red hot. i still need to change my fuel pump, ordered a walboro . will be here this week but would that cause the motor to heat that quick? that is the only thing i can think of that would heat up the motor. please any help would be great

also i did all the necessary wiring for the swap but my temp gauge still shoots up to hot instantly i think its a ground wiring anybody know or had the same problem ?

You may have an issue with your timing (crank angle sensor installation). Also, you will get a better response in the 2nd gen technical section
