Smile 500r turbo accessories

I've recently about to finish my built and I was wondering where can I get the accessories for the 500r turbo kit? (all the hardwares, hoses, fittings, v-band clamps etc).

I've sent couple inquiries to Aspec-Tuning but have not gotten a single reply yet.

Also sent a request to rx7store.net but no response.

Anyone out there that have the 500r turbo kit, please help me out so I can complete my conversion/refurbishing my FD =].

Thanks in advance!!!

Their standard Garrett parts. Try atpturbo.com . You can get it from A-spec but expect delays as he's really busy.

ok, so I've searched through atpturbo. However I must admit that I am new to the turbo scene and I need help identify what fittings and sizes to use which I have no clue. Can someone shine some light on my ignorance please? Thanks!

At the top port, I believe is the oil supply which needs a fitting. What size is this?
On the side ports (left and right) I believe is for coolant fittings, what sizes are these?
and the bottom port is probably the draining port, which fitting does it need?
From the block to top oil supply port, what's the fitting size needed at the engine?
From oil return line to engine block returning port, what fitting size needed at the engine?

I plan to use all an fittings for easy connects, so please help out a fellow member. Thanks in advance!

I don't know if you already have the 500R but I didn't believe A-spec was selling the turbos separate from their kit (at least last time I asked they weren't). So unless your buying the kit which would come with those items, I would wait on a response from A-spec. My guess though is that its a standard T4 frame.

Thanks Fritts.

No, I got the turbo from a forum member here as a single turbo itself not as a complete kit. However I've have my custom exhaust manifold so some of the lengths on the lines/hoses might be shorter or longer. I guess I'll call them to see if they can help me out instead of waiting for their reply through email.

Call me if you need those parts. I have them in stock.

I assume its standard T3/T4 install parts. http://www.aptuning.net/category_s/207.htm

Jason, I've called yesterday and left a message. Call this morning and it went to your voice mail. Is there a direct number I can call to get in touch with you? Thanks!

anyone else have experience or know what size fitting for the 500r turbo needs? There isnt any shop near where I am where I can bring my turbo to and look for the correct sizing. Any help would be gladly appreciated.

I would love to get this turbo ready for the engine to drop in once my car is back from the bodyshop.

Thanks in advance!
