You mean something likes this, right?
They sell them at http://www.burnsstainless.com/Hardwa...ps/clamps.html
You can get 4" piping from alot of places and just have an exhaust shop make the DP.

I agree. Get some clamps like that from Burns, or Magnaflow might have them. Some local performance shops might stock something like that too... who knows.
For the downpipe and exhaust, just go to a deisel shop. They always have lots of big piping for deisel trucks, up to 4.5" is comman at any one, and some have up to 7" even! Lots even sell mandrel bend sections so you could do it yourself if you want.
You are a smart man; self-made custom exhaust systems = where it's at. That way you can make the exhaust system to PERFECTLY match your own unique system setup, and do it all for less than 1/2 the price of a boughten system.

4" is big. If you have clearance issues, you might look for ovalized pipe. I can't find the link at the moment...
I remember seeing a site that had various sizes, lengths, and even compound bends in ovalized pipe. Very cool stuff, and very useful if space is at a premium. If I find the site, I'll post it.

There's a place called:
DIESEL COMPONENTS INCORPORATED
12050 RIVERWOOD CIR, BURNSVILLE, MN 55337
(952) 890-2885
This is just south (part of the burbs) of the twin cities, MN and that's where I purchased my 4" V-band clamp and 4" flange so you can weld up your DP. I believe I payed like $25 for both the clamp and flange. (not including shipping)
They do ship nationwide with a credit card purchase. Great service and extremely knowledgeable. They do have other components there as well. Ask...
