Anyone know where I can find a 4" V band flange like in the pic ? its got the "extension piece" that fits into the groove machined into turbine housing like a socket , I bought one but its too big (5") and they dont have any in 4".

 

This is the vband setup that I have. It isn't the deep flange, but is 4 inch and comes with a matching set of flanges and clamps.
