Hmmm...well I'm using a -4AN feed line and a huge -10 or -12 return on my STAGE 1.

When I used a larger feed, like the one that came with the kit, my car used to smoke like a mother.

Ray told me to use a much smaller feed, FWIW...

Witch is it? .025 or .25?? I'd say a .025 is too small and a 1/4" is too big.

Smokes with a .025 in it? If so you have problems.

I'm using -4 with -12 return and no restrictor... Haven't ran it yet though.. But it works on a few others in the area.

Sounds like you found the size that works for you. I have a .081 in my TDO7.

I'm running a -6 feed with a -10 return line with my stage 2. I've only driven it a couple miles, and no boost, but it does'nt smoke or leak. I'll let you guys know what happens when I start boosting. CJ

Any one wonder why the stock turbos don,t smoke ? , after all , the banjo bolts each have two holes in them about 1/8" big and the oil feed is about 3/8 i.d.

I used -4 feed and -12 out on my T67-1. But pp13bnow if i were to i would do some research on the effects of using a -6. Everything i had read was bad and not just with the turbo but starving portions of the block of oil. But it could just be crazy talk but who knows.

Coolduke, after reading your post I decided to call Rob@Pineapple and see what he had to say about this. He said not to worry, as long as the oil pressure at idle has'nt dropped. And that the only thing to worry about is not having a large enough return line. He said a -10 or -12 should be good enough. CJ
