360° thrust bearing and dynamic seal

In a stock HT18-2S back plate. Is it possible?

I have managed to chew up the v-trim wheel on my hybrid, so I'm going to (for right now) attempt to go back to the stock compressor. I have this giant box of turbo parts, but no spare chra's, and the only one that I have has a 360° thrust bearing on it, and the stock compressor back plate won't support it. Is there some other way of getting it to work? Or am I screwed and have to go get a new v-trim wheel?

Sir....I would just outsource all your turbo assembly needs, you seem to have gremlins thwarting all your turbo endeavors.
