The way you have it setup is the most common. I've been told that the wideband sensor mounted pre turbo will be subjected to too much heat and pressure and this will lead to inaccurate readings. I have had egts installed in my manifold for awhile but i am finally connecting them to a PCS dashlogger this week so i can finally fine tune my timing. I have up until now tuned by just the wideband in the downpipe and the car has run great, almost 20 lbs of boost on 9.7 rotors, for months.

You can run preturbo O2s but you have to have exhaust pressure compensation for the sensor to be accurate and you have to have some heatsinks or something to keep the sensor cool enough to live.
