I have no idea how it is done but it surely great drivers, great 60' times and getting most of the power they have to the ground(not alot of spinning) There is someone with upgraded twins on here in the high 10's but I forget who...

There was a few Posts about a month ago where the guy ran an 11.19 with stock twins and a pettit ECU@ 17psi.Also he runs some additional Mods I believe such as additional injectors and Boost controllers. Lots of electronics. I think it was Tony in NY. He has since switched to a Haltec I believe and is now making more power and snapping axles. In one of the posts he mentioned comming out of the hole on the rev limiter with R compound tires. I think with proper tuning and Mods healthy motor and turbos you can get into the high 10's with a good launch and cool temps. Every car is different and the Car wont last long making runs like that. **** breaks so easily when your making lots of power but it breaks even more when you drive it that hard to get time slips that say low 11's or high 10's. I would be happy with a good dyno HP #. I dont want to wreck **** by drag racing it unless its at a stop light where I come out easy and then hit it. Not to break **** is my goal. I would love to have a 500+hp FD but it would be coming apart if you drove it hard.

what parts are you talking about that break other than PPF's, Axles, and Diffs?? all of which should be modified once the 400 RWHP mark is reached.

You are talking about Anthony. He ran the 11.19 last year and it was at 18-19 psi. Basically they were turned up as high as they could go. I really don't think 11.2 @125 is possible at 15 psi on stock twins. No matter how good of a driver you are you are not going to get a 125 MPH trap speed with that setup.

There's no way in this green earth that a FD w/ stock turbos running only 15psi ran 11.2 @125mph. Now, a few have ran that fast, BUT running much more than 15psi....and pushing the turbos to their distruction point.

Were any of these times at sea level? Isn't there a HUGE difference between sea level and high elevation? I suppose you guys are mostly talking about the MPH vs. the ET. To get any of those times or mph you would have to have about 400whp or weigh about 2600-2700 w/driver and be @ sea level. If not then what's the magic equation?

If any of you have heard of brook wiesblat....he is a neighbor of mine and had a 93 rx with a street port motor pettit ecu modded "SEQUENTIALS" @ 14psi other goodies and alot of suspension work....he dynoed in at 350 sumthing or other and ran a 11.21. Then again he is a pretty bad *** driver as well. Don't forget that suspension and the regidity of you car has ALOT to do with your ET's.

6.Apexi PFC
7.1300c inj secondaries
8.boost @ 15psi
9.drag radials

= 11.2 @ 125 mph or better?
throw on some upgraded twins with the above mods and you can hit very low 11s if you can drive. remember, the FD was never meant to go straight.

it depends on the upgraded twins. i dont know about SR or Pettit, but i know that M2 BB Twins are efficient till 20 PSI.

stock twins run out of breath at around 17 PSI.

why do you need to run so much boost on the street? thats the real question here. if your running on the track skies the limit if you running on the street excessive amounts of boost isn't needed.

125mph on stock twins...

Anything is possible if you drop enough weight off the car.
