Ok, the turbo I bought with the ".60 ar" was for the intake side, not hot side.. hot side is 1.34 ar. Is that to large?

that will be pretty laggy, but it will have some good top end. Are you ported?

yeah it might take a while to spool up with stock re ports. If you port the motor out it probably wouldn't be too bad. I personally wouldn't go that big. If you want, why not just buy a hot side of your choosing?

I take it it's off the GT42 you just got off of Ebay? I saw your other thread. Where in Central FL do you live? I live in Orlado and work in Melbourne.

Guys, i have a race ported *super large street port* 13brew and the stock re ports are larger, yes the exhaust is slightly smaller but its tuned for torque. Check this out, from the info i have gathered it proves 13bre is amuch more powerful motor.

13brew - 255hp 217tq @ 10psi w/ twin h12
13bre - 230hp 217tq @ 6psi w/ twin ht10

Careful, it only "proves" that in stock tune, it has different characteristics. When you start porting motors and changing turbos, those numbers you listed mean nothing.
