BTW. The plugs I reccomended above are actualy BR10EIX making them a resistor Iridium plug.
I normaly gap the EV's between 18 to 20 thou's. but with the extra benefits that the Iridium provides I've been using betwwen 22 to 23 so far.

Manolis,

I am trying to catch up on a few threads...

Currently rebuilding, but IIRC on this last motor running a very roughly tuned and pig rich map, i was getting about 8-10 psi at 3000 rpm in 5th gear.

on a hurt motor, i was getting full boost by 4500 rpm.

i hope that gives you a little reference point to go from. it should also be noted that this is on a 1.15 turbine housing slapped on a HKS cast manifold that really isn't too great for flow.

did you ever figure things out?? sounds like a lot of good information and help was passed out.

Hey guys!
Sorry it's been so long -- I was out of town for 6 weeks in Greece without Internet access.

I haven't figured things out quite yet, but I have the feeling that the O2 sensor i've been using isn't accurate (I'm thinking the car's too rich). There may also be an intake leak somewhere that i haven't found yet. Summer has been crazy, and I leave for college (Berkeley) in 3 days unfortunately. The car has to stay at home for about a month while I get settled in / find parking, at which point i'll fly back down and pick it up. My plans are then to build a new turbo manifold w/ 11-13" runners, get a 1.15 divided housing, redo the exhaust (stainless / more muffling!), plumb in the downpipe, and a bunch of other little things (new intake gaskets, fix a small fuel leak, change fuel filters, clean the injectors, new spark plugs, bigger radiator). If that doesn't unearth a problem I'll be surprised!.

I'll keep you updated!,
Manolis

Setzep: I'll send you my new address in a few days, thanks!
