Once again guys I'm trying to put the word out on this new track in the heart of Orlando, myself and a few other members from the rotary community are trying to organize an event at this location where we can have not only your typical car show but also the opportunity to participate in a few driving events such as drag, drifting, auto-x and road racing. The goal for now is to have a few meets here so that every one can get a feel for the place, and at the same time give us some feed back to move ahead with said event.
Well enough talking, here's some pics of the track, please note that this is one of the many configurations that can be layed out, also the site is still under construction and the 1/8 mile drag strip should be opened by the end of the following week, I'll be there to update this thread with more pics.







The layout is kind of hard to make out from this point of view, but here it is more or less(paintshop FTW)

Hey khronus79 a Track Day Meet could happend this coming up weeks, waht do you think, we can make this happend, to all those rotor heads keep checking the forum for more info regarding this meet......Ohhh YES...YES. Let's represent the rotary cars more in this track.

I will love to go this two coming up fridays but I have this two events on schedule:

On April 24 ( friday) Hang out before the races... Get2gether at Delirium MotorSport everybody is invited, pass the info or call boris 321-286-6641 or Omar 407-436-4832...see you there and don't forget the camara.

On May 1 (friday) is the Rotary Invasion at Old Town Kissimmee

So tell me what we can do? Think about it and let me know.

 

This looks awesome! Would love to do this and could probably drag some gainesville people down. The first 3 weekends in may look more realistic for me. Cheap track time.

I would love to try this, but I would want to be there when there weren't too many others, as my car isn't the prettiest. Q _Q And well I've never driven it on a track... and don't want to embarrass myself!

 

Don't worry brother, you will not be the only one!!!!! I'm sure %90 of the people showing up are in the same boat we are, but it's all about having fun, and trust me it will be the most fun you'll ever have with your clothes on.

 

I know the next 3 fridays are out of the question, how about we set something up for a saturday???? What would be better for you guys????

Which weekend??? the weekend of the 24?? april 1 weekend??? or the weekend of the 8th????

My suggestion is April 25 or May 2 or May 8 (all this dates are saturday), remember the 25 is Hot Import Nights in Tampa, but May 2 or 8 will be a good day, lets see what the rotary community have to said about that, I will be with you, you know me already.
