Regina and Area 7's

Just checking to see if we have anyone out there in this crappy city. well heres a pic of my car. Stock 1987 GXL. doing some engine work on it right now cause the cat backed up and caused me some problems. should be in good running order this weekend. Note my busted *** chevette. served me well in my rally adventures lmao.

LOL nice! I like the plug hanging from the front bumper, is there actually a functioning block heater attached to that?

I sold my RHD FC to a guy out in Saskatchewan, maybe you'll see it driving around with an R.P.M. sticker on the rear window.

Hey, I'm from the Uplands area of Regina. I've been to RX-7 Specialties and they definitely know what they're doing. Anyway, I drive a white N/A, maybe you've seen me around? I barely drove it last summer. I picked it up in March, and then blew my mufflers off and my clutch gave out around the end of August. I have a Corksport catback and a racing beat clutch. I've had the car on permits now and then, but I'm currently working on the body. It looks like ****

I'll post pics of it later.

Well, it's a 1990, so it has enough power for me. I planned on taking it out to QCMA last summer, but unfortunate events prevented me from doing so. I believe it's a GTU, but I'm not entirely positive. Right now, I'm working on cosmetics. Not... huge drift ****, but the paint is pretty shitty. The car itself runs like a dream, though. 101,xxx km on the original engine. I hope I can sell it by summer, because my family is headed down to the US and bring back an FD, since my cousin's Fiance works at a dealership. I'd just use it for a weekend car, since I already own a Nissan pickup. It wouldn't really matter to me if I sold my car or not. It'd be nice to have some extra cash, but it's still far ahead still.

When summer comes by again, I'm definitely taking it to QCMA and maybe a few drift events. There's a lot I can do with the car, and I've thought about it, but I don't want to do anything to it when it only has 101,xxx km and since I have the intentions of selling the car.

Why could you not make it, just the timing of them or what? They were good times. Also, I look forward to see you out there next summer.

I couldn't make it because my mufflers blew and my clutch gave out. Also, the car was sitting for a LONG time before I bought it, so the fuel lines were kinda shot and needed some time to clean out. Now, nothing should stop me from participating.. other than totaling the car haha. It would have made the experience kinda crappy, so I focused on getting everything done first.

PS - It's Lucky

There is noooooo way you'll see that much power from the Camden (coming from experience!). Best so far has been 210 hp on a streetported 13b 4 port. If you are gonna go this way, contact Code Blue. You can get her s/c kit (excluding the efi kit) for just $1000 US plus shipping (she went turbo), that's a huge saving and then run a carb. She has the 4 port lower intake which I can swap you for the 6 port lower for free since i am going 1/2 bridge 4 port with my Camden soon. http://media.putfile.com/compilation2-57
