If you are at a performance ride height of ~25 1/2" to the top of the fender arch (about an inch lower than stock?) then the most you can get is around -2.4 deg camber up front.
If you are slammed to a good looking ride height you can get over -3 degrees camber up front static because of the camber gain in the suspension.
Thanks! Yeah, I really like the slammed look with some camber but not crazy camber. So, I ended up going with some Konig SSM 18x9 +22 wheels. Now for tire sizing. My buddy told me to get a 35 or 45 sidewall tire or else I would rub really bad. Any advice on tire sizing for good fitment?
1993 base R1 upgrade ....TSW Valencia wheels (painted gunmetal) 18x9.5 +40 rear 275x35x18 tire. 18x8 +40 front 255x35x18 tire. Eibach springs lowered 1". rolled front fenders. After looking at all the other FD's mine looks high....even lowered an inch!

Reason: add info
17x9.5 +12 235/45/17 front and back

then i added a 7mm spacer on the back so it went from +12 to +5 on the 9.5

"subtle" by today's standards -- I like this.
How much did you roll your fenders? Are the inner fender lips completely flat ("l" profile), or do they still have a bit of "v" profile?
I assume (since I see none) that there was no pull of either front or rear fenders?
Thanks! Trying to figure out what I can fit within stock fenders, both rolled and un-rolled...
Can't edit my previous post so I wil update that like narfle and the forum guide said, 18x9.5 offset +38 wrapped in 255-35-18 WILL rub in the front, looks like after some miles my suspesion settle and now in really big bumps it will rub just a little but definitely will rub and the height from ground to the top of my wheel arch is 25.6" front.
Thanks, I appreciate the follow-up!
Where on the fender is it rubbing? Any photos? Is it just the fender liner, or the metal portion of the fender?
Have you since rolled the fenders, and what do you plan to do to mitigate the rubbing?
Are the rears OK so far?
Sorry for the vomit of questions... I'm still in sponge-mode for the FD!
hanks in advance!!
When I ran the 18x10.5 +38 with Federal 595-RS 265/35-18 the front tire rubbed lightly on the inside of the fender liner just below where you see the plastic in the engine bay when I turned the steering wheel because the tires were too tall. </snip>
Have you (or anyone) considered taking out the plastic, or is that out of the question?
Can anyone say (roughly) how much space there is between the fender liner and the sheet metal of the fender and inner fender?
i.e. if one were to remove the fender liner, how much travel would we be gaining (before the tire is scraping the metal)?
Work Meisters M1 3 piece, 18x10, 255/35/18 all 4. +38 front, +26 rear offsets, O-disks all 4, burning black center, polished lips. Still need to lower the rear a bit...maybe. Fenders were slightly rolled.
I'm (pleasantly) surprised that Work's O-disks cleared the front calipers... how much clearance do you have? Any close-ups? Thanks!!
hello,
i need help with wheelspacers for my front and rear. actually have no spacers. wheels are 17x8" 44ET with 225x45
iam thinking about 15mm for front and 25mm for rear. will be ok? i have stock suspension with lower TEIN springs. I allready have longer stud from ARP for front. I dont like big camber or rolled fenders. so what you think? will be ok?
thanks

You could probably run a 15mm spacer in back with stock fenders and stock camber.
Not much you can do up front without rolling the fender lip under- its just likely to catch and pull a crease in the fender if you try to flush it up with a spacer.

Emphasis added above... this has happened to me multiple times (don't ask) in my 180sx... I suggest you heed his advice!!
I´am done, CE28N 17x8 ET 44 with 15mm front and 17x8 ET44 with 25mm on back. stock 94 suspension with Tein lowering spring kit. fits nice, no rubing. no fender rolling. I was try some hard cornering in high speed with no problem. This teins springs are great. front is 63,5cm high and rear 65,5.
i just need set proper alligment left to right and it will be done. i like the pettit one. -0,9 front and -0,5back. maybe a little bit more.
Is there a reason you didn't just go with an 18x10+40 and 265 square setup?
I currently have a set of 18x10+41 TE37's on order and am trying to figure out what size tires to get.
Either 255/35r18 or 285/30r18
With your offsets, the 255’s will be less likely to hit your fender lips. But if you’re at monster truck height then the 285’s can potentially be ok. 265/35 is too tall of a tire for the fronts.
