Whats up with mazdatrix?

Do they take 2 hour lunches or something, I called within their "open hours" that is listed on there site. I can't get a hold of them so they can't get my money. Every time I call they are magically closed or no one is there.

I need gaskets and stupid crap but no one picks up the phone there today, and it isn't there holiday hours anymore.

I tried ordering from online but every time I go to click the checkout button it says my car is empty?! WTF!?!

anyone know (besides a dealership) where I can purchase gaskets and such? because I'm tired of the bullshit.

thier cart does not work with certain browsers, I think Firefox is one of them- says it on thier page.

Are you also calling the phone number to order with parts numbers already to go or the tech line?

I have been ordering from them before there was internet to order from and have found thier service top notch. Just because its not "holiday" hours does not mean they are fully staffed, alot of people take off around the holidays, especially with them falling mid-week like they did.

If you dont like it you can get your gaskets at your local dealership.

Tips:

-Remember the time difference from MidWest to West Coast
-Have the part numbers ready
-Be patient, it's the holidays and those guys have family too
-Check your browser, some don't work with their site

Edit: Everybody beat me to it!

I did have the right time, I had to eventually call on local one to try and get through after 45 minutes after lunchtime was over, during supposed work hours.
