Their website is rather poor I have to admit...poor UI and layout. that being said I've always been able to muddle through and when needed...called. The staff is very helpful on the phone.

Please do, their site looks like one of the first websites on the internet. Not to bash Mazdatrix at all, they have great products, they just need a face lift is all.

Mazdatrix are outrageously expensive ... I payed $40 retail for these emblems. If you didnt know they are plastic and weight next to nothing. The delivery truck comes to the door and says can I have $60 please. Like what do they use for fricken shipping, a top notch delivery service? I know I do live in Canada but ****, I ordered a mag from racing beat that weighs more then the emblems and cost a couple bucks for shipping ..... I almost shat myself.

Their website definitely sucks.

Did you know the prices they list are "cash" price only, and people that use credit cards (most of us) get the price raised 2%? The whole company seems very
stone-age with a lot of inconvienent policys you don't find in good vendors. Extra surcharges and fees everywhere.

I won't be using this place much if at all.. There are other places to buy your parts.

MT is not exactly on the "cutting edge". But think about it, it was started by dave ( a racer not a diehard business man chasing the $) in the 70's so why upgrade? The have enough business walking in the door that spending a ton of money on a website just doesnt add up for them. So the ecommerce guys get screwed so to speak. BUT then again, I showed up 45 minutes before they opened and as soon as kyle showed up, he pulled what I needed and had me on the road, 30 minutes before they opened.

I gotta change my stance on mazdatrix now, and say they rule. My first package arrived a day early. Also, whenever I email about my order I get response within a few hours. They dont send tracking numbers automatically, but they give you them if you email. They are hella expensive, but its worth it to me for quick delivery and good service. My invoice had a "labor" charge of $11 on it.

I have been purchasing things from Mazdatrix for the last 15 years, they are top notch.

I dont know how much cheaper Malloy sells things, they are a Mazda dealer like anyone else.
I know when I compare prices to my local dealer Mazdatrix is always within a few dollars, that is if you are paying shop prices at your dealer. So I would say thier prices are great for someone who does not have a connection to pay shop prices.

FYI, If you use a web browser other than Internet Explorer, your cart contents will clear out when you go to fill in your email and password to proceed with the order checkout. I've tried Firefox, Mozilla, and Seamonkey. All 3 fail, but IE seems to work ok. I can replicate this problem on many computers.

They are charged a 2% fee for accepting your credit card payment. Convenient for you, costly for them. Quit whining so much, try going to the dealer for parts, you will appreciate Mazda Trix a lot more.
