Never had an issue with their site. Sure it's maybe not something on your end with your computer?

when ever i ordered parts from Jason he always got them on time, if your having problems with the site just call and place the order that's what i usually do i prefer talking to someone when ordering parts.
My wife ordered me a downpipe for Christmas. They emailed her back within a few hours saying that the HKS downpipe was on back order for several weeks and suggested the Pettit one. Very pleased with their customer service and ease of communication. Not a single problem with them.
To be fair to Alien Drifter when he placed the order online our system didn't save his credit card number. I emailed him to let him know and he called me back with the number. I think he was under the impression that our system had already charged him when he placed the order.
jason you are right and i was in a bad mood cuz there was like two other sites i had ordered stuff from and it wasnt working right. i do apologize jason and guys at rx7store.net. yall are a good group of guys, just wasnt my week. Like you said jason i thought it was already charged, so i wasnt worried about my balance. But i am going to continue shopping with you guys and again i apologize.
Am a little new here, but this is one aspect of this site that is really good, get things out in the open and end any miss understandings. and sometimes bad rap that is resolved well is a plus for business, very true in this case. thanks!!
