Yeah. I was asking around because I was trying to contact them. I did a search on the internet and a bunch of different forum posts of bad transactions popped up. Some rx7club posts , but others like S12club.org and maybe one other website.
BTW, does anyone know if they have a groove for the grease in their design, or is it a straight bushings?

Ordered solid rear diff mounts and tranny mounts on 5/18/2008, sent multiple emails asking what's up, and have received or heard NOTHING FROM THEM.

I ******* have track days to make, and they're coming up QUICK.
What a bunch of *****.
Filed a claim through Paypal...I want my ******* money back.
If anybody can post up that magical phone number where you can reach them (anything other than the 931-249-0238, that goes straight to a random voicemailbox) , that would be splendid.

That sucks. I was trying to get delrin bushings for my car during the period their website was down. So I ended up making my own. Too bad I dont have anymore 3" round stock delrin or I would sell you mine
That is the pic without the metal sleeve in it yet, ****, I didnt even wipe off the dycem. I finished the metal sleeve though
I might sell my transmission mounts, but I am not sure how good they would be without a metal sleeve. I got lazy and just drilled holes in the proper sized delrin
I only have 3 more meetings for my class, or else I would buy more delrin and make some more bushings

Ya, my car's been in ******* LIMBO for the last 3 weeks...the thought of making my own **** DEFINATELY crossed my mind. But I was all like,
a.) Where the **** do I find aluminum/polythene stock?
b.) What size would I need?
c.) Would having someone machine them for me be possible, without costing me a million dollars?
I sourced a set out of another forum, so now I'm just waiting for PayPal to hopefully get my moneyzzz back...but I also know better than to hold my breath.
oh yeah...AND STILL NOT A WORD FROM MMR.
booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooo
oh, and Initial D, I would have TOTALLY BOUGHT THAT ****...looks good.

I bought some front subframe mounts like 2 weeks (Specifically 5/16/08) ago and just got the tracking number for it last night. I wasn't dieing to get my **** right away or anything so it wasn't a big deal for me. but I can see how some folks need **** right away. Like my brake rotors from rx7store that i still don't know if i'm going to get in time for me to leave for vacation on tuesday...
I've purchased probably 2 full sets of bushings from MMR since 2006 and their product is hands down the best **** you can buy. I wish they made a real diff mount solution thats more solid then that peice of **** mazda comp mount.
I'm assuming like most specialy shops with small markets that they make their **** in batches which most likely explains the delays and it makes sense to me, it also keeps their prices low. As long as it isn't more then a month that i'm waiting or needed on a deadline. I try to order more then I need so i've got spares for **** that breaks often on hand.

I ordered about the same time as the last few guys, around early to mid May. Didnt get anything for a week or two so I shot them an email. Their machine was broke , but Ross offered to overnight the completed Sub and Diff bushings. I chose to wait for the DTSS ones also. I was told that the bushings would go out this Monday, which they did and I recived them yesterday. So I think all their issues are fixed, this is probably the third set I've bought from them, and like everything said thier **** is top notch.

I placed an order for drivetrain mount set and rear subframe mounts on 01/07/09 and I have yet to recieve my parts as well. I've emailed them twice about my order but I guess I wasn't threatening enough to get a response.

Yesterday evening I got a reply to my second email saying that they made sure it went out today (yesterday).
I pointed out in the second email that:
1) They did not reply to the original email, but instead printed a shipping label the day after. The timing was likely a coincidence.
2) Shipping via USPS Priority takes 2-3 days and the package was going from TN to NC. That would suggest that it didn't ship on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Probably Monday as well...
3) It's known that MMR is slow to deliver and has poor communication skills as evidence of the various personal accounts online.
I understand they're small, but communcation goes a very long way.

So I sent him an angry email thursday threatening to go through the BBB if he doesn't reply.
Got an email back the next morning (friday) saying basically he'll have it shipped out later that day.
Checked the tracking number again to no avail.
I got my parts yesterday 7/27
So, all in all, if you want to order from them, don't be in a hurry. Also shoot them an email several weeks after the order.
