Shine Auto Project Tail Light Cover for FD now available:pics
I absolutely love this piece. I found this picture and it gave me an idea..

What if you took this piece and molded it to the body? Sorry for the photoshop job, it was a quicky, but you get the idea.

I love the look of that. Has anyone done this? If so.. post a pic or two!

I don't know.. would it be possible to modify the inside of the hatch to be able to get to the bulbs? A lot of work I know. And yeah.. someone breaks the taillight it'd be expensive. But hopefully at that point I would've added the custom body work to my insurance. Either way I think it looks hot as hell, however unpractical it may be.
Saw that car at 7stock... My question is, how does he change the bulbs in the tail lights now that its all molded in? I agree it looks good, but it seems to put the car in a hole, especially if something needs replaced.
Wow.. yeah.. I posted that photoshopped pic as a what-if. Anyone have a link to his car's build or anything? I am extremely curious if he modified the inside of the hatch in any way to gain access.. or if it's just a show car. Looks better than my hack job though.. lmao.
