Hey guys,

The mold is already done or at least partially done. What i mean is we can produce CF parts from this mold, however, in order to do it the way I want to save cost, I will be needing to add more to the mold.

We can still produce this using the older technique since the mold/tooling is not fully complete. However, the cost of the diffuser will remain at $675... same as initial price because of the difficulty.

I know some of you want this right now, so Im offering the next 2-5 of them for $675 for those in a rush.

If we complete the tooling the way we want, I believe I can offer this diffuser for about $575. If the tooling is designed carefully with minimal errors, production difficulty should be cut a bit, which is why i can offer it for $575.

If you need this right now, I can only do it the old way and the cost will be $675 + shipping. If you don't want to wait, let me know. I know some of you want this for 7 stock.

Ken

Pardon for the question, since I assume it was answered before... but will this diffuser be available in NON CARBON FIBER format?

Hey Ken, thanks for the update. So how long will it take you to make the additional tooling? I believe I can wait for the new tooling and reduced price of $575 however if the additional tooling means waiting another 6 months.....maybe not. And I'm sure others might want to know also.

I'm sooooo temped to pop for it right now!

TIA

please excuse my ignorance if this has been asked already but is there any wind tunnel testing done on the original model that is being reproduced. Im just not sure wether this is going to reduce drag or just add more drag. it seems like this has the ability to go in either direction. thanks

^ I would lean more towards this being functional given it's an RE part. I doubt RE would produce this part solely for "the look." It's just not an RE philosophy...IMHO.

And I guess a bump for this old and moldy thread...C'MON KEN!
