Operations closed from Dec 24th - Jan 2nd & Moving to a new facility

I am posting this to let everyone know our operations will be closed between Dec 24th - Jan 2nd for the holidays. No manufacturing will be done and nothing will be shipping out during those times. I personally won't be in the office answering calls (we'll probably have a new number by then), but I will still be answering emails and taking orders from time to time.

We'll also be operating out of a new larger facility as we've gradually outgrown our current facility of the last 4 years thanks to our customers . Our capabilities and product lines will be expanded in the near future and be sure to look out for more exciting products to come.

I will be updating the new address on the website and here on the forums. We will probably have a new contact number, but haven't had the opportunity to get that all set up yet.

I would like to thank our customers for considering our business and wish you all a happy holiday.

Ken

Congrats on the move Ken! Any chance you will be making the RE Amemiya GT wide body kit soon? I've been waiting for months with cash in hand, would love to be able to buy the kit from you and have it fitted.

New Address:

10275 Philadelphia Ct.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

We're only about 5 min away from the previous facility.

Contact # 909 980 3433

The contact number is still the same, but we're waiting for Verizon to get the line all set up, so anyone trying to call probably won't be able to reach us. Hopefully, this will be taken cared of in the next few days.

email contact is still the same at shineautoproject@gmail.com

Product Support????
i dont know what's going on or you guys might be busy, but i've emailed you guys and called, but to no avail.

Is this normal for everyone who tried to get a hold of ShineAuto??
i've got a customer that's ready to order a full bodykit from you guys, but no one is picking up the phone or returning emails. and it's been 3weeks.

Should i go another route, in which i hate to. but if i do, i will.

There is something weird going on with our phone lines and we are currently waiting on a tech to come fix this issue. There is no dial tone sometimes when we initially pick-up the phone to make a call. I would have to hang up the phone and turn it on again. Customers have reported experiencing a constant busy tone. That could be one of two thing... Either I am on the other line with another person or this dial tone issue. The phone doesn't ring on my end.

I also answer emails from current to past. I definitely have not gotten to our older emails. Please send another email if it is an urgent issue.

Verizon. Never had this issue at the previous location, so I really don't think our phone is the problem. It is either the way the phone lines were hooked up or the service.
