How to contact?

I tried the phone number on the shine website as well as filled out the form on the Contact page and waited the 1-2 business days noted on the form.

What's the best way to contact someone in sales at this company?

I've usually been successful with their email but I haven't gotten a reply there either. Maybe someone else can chime in who has had better luck?

I've attempted to contact them by phone, email and PM for over a week now...nothing back. Suppose I'll take my business elsewhere?

If you call, please leave a clear name and number. You'd be surprised how many people don't do this. I have pretty much gotten back to anyone who has done so. It does take time because I am balancing between getting through the voice messages, handling calls that come in, and emails that are coming in.

Ken-
I left a name and number both times I called. I also left a name and number when I used the contact form on your website. I also left a name (not a phone number this time) when I tried emailing your company directly.

I know firsthand how tough it can be to keep up with customer requests when you have a growing business, but seriously, it's been a month and a half.

Freq,

If I missed your voice messages (2) this must've been a long time ago because I have not gotten back to anyone who has left a message within a month. I just cleared all of my voice messages and I only do so when Ive heard an accounted for all of the voice messages.

In regards to email, yes indeed we are backed up. Unless you tell me your name I won't be able to find the email. That would mean I would have to answer ALL of my unanswered emails, which is near impossible at this point. I answer ALOT of emails on a daily basis. If I didn't, we'd be out of business. I also answer the most current emails first.

I definitely don't have a voice message from you today that's for sure.

If anyone has noticed, we don't spend a lot of time on the forums any more unless there is a concern for something or a potential product that needs some promotion. This is so because my time is consumed in answering emails, phone calls, and getting back to voice messages.

If I missed your message, it is not because I heard it and didn't feel like getting back to you. I honestly don't know how I could've missed to "clear" messages, but if I did, I apologize for that. Emails is a completely different story and I have been upfront many times about being behind on emails. If every customer is emailing, calling, leaving a voice message, and sending a pm for one purchase inquiry, you can already imagine how it can pile up.

I had been waiting for a callback for a week and change when I started this thread so I was trying to get in touch with your company starting around late May thru early June. Love your products, needed some side skirts and a rear bumper, but couldn't get in touch and ended up purchasing from someone else--which stinks because I like your products more, but whatever.
There are a couple other items I need to source, so I'll try you guys again.

Ken has always answered his phone when I've called in the late afternoons. Ordered a bunch of parts, and he had them all shipped in just a few days. I had a great business transaction with Shine Auto, and will always vouch for them both in terms of quality products, but also in customer service.

For reference, I called and ordered products about three weeks ago.

Update...
Ken got back to me yesterday regarding the email I left on Jun 3. He was very apologetic. I'm going to assume that he's just extremely busy. I tried calling again last week and he got back to me within a couple of days.
I'm gonna give a thumbs up to this seller because, tho it may take awhile to get back in touch, it seems like he's doing his best to keep up with his customers.

Thank you. As of today, I am all caught up on past emails and voice messages. Pm's is an entirely different story. Many of them are "repeats" as in an inquiry I've probably already taken cared of. If you pm'd me and I haven't taken cared of you, please call me at

909 980 3433 or email us at shineautoproject@gmail.com

That is the most effective way to reach us at this point.

Will vouche for Ken. I've done business with him and known him for years. Had dinner with him and Makoto at a sevenstock as well (I was dead tired and jetlagged flying in from FL)

Ken, sorry I missed you at Sevenstock last year. You were talking to Charlie in the chair, and I was the dude with the mohawk that was severely dead tired (drove from FL to CA non-stop) prancing around you, Charlie, Jon, and the rest of the crew like a unicorn. I didn't even realize it was you

I've called only a few times and never had an issue with someone picking up. Must be my luck.
