Hey ShineAuto, came across this...
Would you all be able to replicate such a bumper, with the LED day-running lights?
http://leg-sport.com/cate2-2.html
Probably one of the cleanest front bumpers to come out in a good while...
What do you all think?

I actually inquired directly to Leg-Sport a while back, they don't ship to the US :/ I'm hoping to pick one up when I'm over there in July.
Doing a little searching, though, I found http://usa.auto-style.jp/?pkey=&info...&maker_url=leg
which their prices are on point with exchange rates, but the shipping costs hurt. Aero parts from japan always cost an arm and a leg since the boxes are so big. The Type-A price is for the bumper with the carbonfiber lip, while Type B is the full FRP bumper with lip attached.

Proud owner soon!
I should have this bumper in my possession this week. It is being shipped as we speak.
A couple of notes about the bumper. Both options, regardless of lip, are FRP. They are not urethane like OEM. Only difference between the two is the makeup of the lip. One has a carbon fiber lip and the other is an FRP lip. They are one-piece in that the lip does NOT separate from the bumper. The one-piece design was due to "shaken" requirements (Japanese compulsory inspection). It had something to do with the lip protruding forward of the bumper. On an OEM 99 spec front end, the lip does not protrude forward of the bumper. In order to pass "shaken" it had to be made as one piece. Fitment is actually pretty good. And IMHO, the LED lights look bright and great in person!
