I know I hate someone I just don't know who yet!

Seriously nice. Very understated elegance.

Here are a few more pics. I definitely need to invest in a better camera.

what mirrors are those? do you sell them? and do you have any pics of the body work process? what do you do to the stock rear fenders? do you trim them after you intall the fender flares or is the rear fender under the flare stock?

Those are FEED/ Ganador mirrors. You would have to purchase them from Japan. They are made of plastic.

Regarding the body work of the red car, I do no have any pics or info on the body work process. However, I do know that the body shop approached the transition of the front fenders to the bumper differently than KS-AUTO Burnout. Let me explain.

The red car has a smooth transition from fender to bumper. Alot of body work with bondo was done to create that look. The burnout car has an interrupted flow. The burnout fenders are made to fit with a stock size bumper, which is why it has such a sharp angle from out to in. The red can only use the bumper he has on his car with the body work done to it. Any other bumper would need body work

....
Actually, the outer half is plastic, the inner half is cast metal; aluminum I believe. There is a post in the Exterior/Interior subforum that I originally started, that has detailed pics and descriptions posted by myself and others of the original one, and the new version with LED turn signals built in.

Any idea how the full kit would work with a 99 front bumper? I need to use that due to cops giving tickets for no front plate. Has anyone done one like this? Pics?

Whats the widest front tire you can put on the front without it sticking out? I notice the black burnout demo car has 215's and it already sticks out abit? Thats just not acceptable! I do like the way it tapers back in to amplify the front fender buldge. Whats the max width tire on 18's I could run with this kit? I dont want to be able to see the tire from the rear or front of the car. As you can see I already have problems keeping 275's from sticking out

Is it just me or I spy Kinesis wheels? K28's? Indeed offsets are what determine what can or cannot fit. If you look in the suspension/wheel section you will find 2 programs designed to tell what wheel/tire combo's fit. 18's can fit 285's up front with the proper offset/width.

On a side note don't use that car wash that I see in the background there, it just eats away at wax. I use it to clean my garage floor since I saw what it did the first time I used it.

I would really like to stick some wider tires on the back and the Pettit fender can do that but it throws away the smoothness of the rX7

You're talking about mm's worth of clearance, if at all. With 18x10.5 +43, 285/30/18s, I have approximately a fingers width (sorry, haven't been down there with a digital caliper, but I guess 3/4") clearance with the stock trailing arms, and maybe another 1/2" to 3/4" from being completely flush with the fender flare. I've not corrected the excessive neg camber I picked up since lowering it (more), so kinda hard to measure for sure.

You could modify the flare to be wider; I'm doing the opposite (narrowing the flares slightly), since I don't plan on as wide a track as the flares might allow. Modifying the flare and using aftermarket trailing arms might work.
