it would have to be vented not t2 scoop style. vent needs to be more toward the front of the hood instead of center like some of the ill fated planded ones of the past.

http://www.extremedimensions.com/ did a custom carbon fiber hoods for my friends with toyotas last year.

The cost was about $550 shipped for Ten carbon fiber hoods, with at least 1/2 the money given up front. They also had to provide a brand new oem hood to replicate. They turned out fairly nice. The production time is at leat 6 months though. The transactions with them go smoother if you pay upfront though.
