Which track? Big or tight small one? I don't think my 7 will be running by then.

Question

FAQ?
  • Is there an admission fee or show fee this year?
  • Is show display space limited, as it has sometimes been in the past, requiring one to line up at O-dark-thirty to insure a place on the show lot? Or can we eat breakfast in sunlight before showing up?

1. The Raceway charges $10 per person, we don't see any of that, it's a standard fee
2. We have TONS of space but we will be closing the lot at some point as we need to get the cars staged and can't have cars moving all day. (other then track participants but they're in a dedicated area)
No need to show up as early as we have in the past but you should plan to get there before 8.
Or better yet: join us in the caravan to Willow Springs to kick off the day in style https://www.rx7club.com/west-rx-7-fo...ravan-1009547/

I just signed up my '85 for the Track event. It doesn't look like much, but I'll be having a good time!

we're getting REALLY close to selling out the remaining track spots for SevenStock 15 so if you've ever wanted to track your car or have tracked your RX-7 in the past, don't get left out!

It honestly might be another 15 years before we do another track event, if EVER.

Seriously... the track fee is so cheap compared to what it used to be a few years ago. And like I've said before.... no one says you have to drive the car at the limit all the time. It's a lot of stress on the car and the driver lol. Some people are well prepared for that and that's great, but if you're like most people you just want to enjoy your car and there is no better place for that than the track. You can drive as fast or as slow as you want, no one is going to ticket you!

My mindset is to go out and have fun I don't mind at all letting people pass me, I know if you're faster than me, cuz you're on my ***!

And yes, to those of you who are putting this on, I know it's a huge undertaking. I appreciate it and that's part of the reason why I signed up I wouldn't be surpirsed if a track day is never put on again

mdpalmer: that's a perfect way to look at this event.
we're not out there trying to smash records or anything, at the end of the day it's all about Rotary cars and having a fun day.

thanks for the support, we greatly appreciate it.

Any information on the Friday night Event?

So far the website still shows TBD.

We're going up early on Friday, booked a suite in Palmdale.
Looking forward to the pre-party!

Carmageddon that weekend, beware!

10 Day forecast is looking pretty good!
The temps should be declining between now and then and will make for an amazing day at Willow Springs

Unfortunately I wont be able to let the FD beast out of its cage this time, but ill be there to enjoy all of what sevenstock15 has to offer. A few questions for the event planners...

Are the spectators of the track event able to set up some kind of easy up or canopy to escape the heat? If so where?

Will we be able to bring our personal BBQs and food to the event or will food and drinks be provided like it has been at past SS events?

Any update on Fridays events?

Yes, you can bring a grill & bbq.
Yes, there will be food there too. The track cafe will be open & prepared to serve 2500+.

There will be X-LARGE tents for your comfort, plus we are working on some cooling stations. We're starting to see the forecast now, 88-90F about 9 days away, weather has been on our mind since day 1.

Setting up your own ez-up/ canopy, you'll need to make sure the cars around you are ok with it. Can't set up anywhere random, like fire lanes or pathways.
I suppose the bleacher areas are game, without interfering with access.
