Ok, It's on again. Need a some people to help out. If you've come to the previous shows you know how good they are! That's because of the people that do the setup and coordinating. If you want to see some of the behind the scenes stuff then volunteer.

The hardest part is getting up EARLY to get to the event. You do stuff for about an hr....then go and have FUN! Piece of cake.

Whats required....

1. show up for a meeting to talk about the whats going to go on. I'll let you know when this is.
2. show up early day of.
3. enjoy the show.

Seriously. I just might have trouble making that one meeting, but geting there early is no problem.

 

I'll volunteer. I'll be there, but probably won't be able to make the one meeting. I can setup a telecon if need. Early? No problem, we were all in line before anyone showed up.

Ok,
You can meet on the friday before at Mazda HQ, site of last years event. I would suggest coming after 12pm. Setup will consist of:
1) placing cones out on the main street
2) banners
3) misc....not much really to do.

If you were there last year you already know whats going on...

On the day of....be there by 0600 hrs.

1)You guys that handled the lot across the street will know what to do. It's really easy. You "work" like 45 mins in the early am and thats it.
2)assist in parking the cars in show lot and staging area

any questions feel free. i know its not much but that's all we really do in a nutshell.

The volunteers did an awesome job! AGAIN! Some of you even asked "what more can I do?" I said "take a break, your makin me tired!"
