Joe i have cardboard templates of ducting panels, radiator brackets are pretty simple to make out of 2x3 aluminum angle.

Laz, i have a some pics that i took as i was fabricating, as of right now i still need tto modied the a/c condenser, i need to weld new brackets to the condenser and have to make some custom a/c lines. Also the ac condenser will act as a spliter for the Rad/IC

I'm correcting the improper install of my ap rear end links. apparently shops can install stuff how they want to save on looking up the proper way...and it not like it something that's hard to do!
The previous owner had them installed...smh it's 100 outside too
but I will notice the improvement later tonight

garden highway anyone?

Also just removed my whole stereo system lol. As for the A/C, well it's a 34 year old system. The rubber hoses look horrible in the engine bay and the compressor drained so much from my motor at idle that it would stall it. All that plus the junk under the dash is so old the blower barely works even if the A/C produced any cold air.. which it didn't. When I went to let the freon out of the system it was barely pressurized and what little bit did drip out was nasty and brown. I figured I made it this far into summer without the A/C working that I might as well just toss it. Even if it did work I would barely even use it, I only used my perfectly fine A/C in my '02 Protege when I had a woman in the car with me lol. I don't think I'll miss it, I honestly never really had it to begin with

I haven't removed the blower motor and stuff under the dash though, so I can still get heat or outside air to defrost with... at least I think the heat still works, don't see why it wouldn't lol.
