on my first run through the gap i kept it in 2nd gear most of the way through (at least a couple of miles through the hills), and like a idiot i wasn't paying attention to the gueages, even though it is the stock s5 water guage... when we stopped to let chad catch up in his truck that was towing his car... we noticed my overflow was boiling... lots of steam... babied it down to fontana village and drove it sparingly to the show at the dam and short trips to other places, filling up coolant before each drive... didn't drive it long distances till i had to drive home through the gap again, then 4 more hours home... suprisingly, there were no problems on the way home, except for the overflow bottle was full again, but not overflowing... since i've been home the buzzer has gone off multiple times, and i've been adding coolant to it before i drive... when the engine is running and the cap is off, coolant flows slowly out of the radiator, it doesn't geyser out, and i'm not smoking yet... so i don't know if i'm out of the woods yet..

oh yeah, does the vid work??

Not my cup of tea but whatever. The engine looks real good and that sure is creative.

LS1+ginormous single exhaust=poo-poo

My opinion.

sick a$$ car, I would drop my FD for that in a heart beat. Not much of a sleeper, I would defintely lower the tone of the exhaust best I could.
