Well i'm flying down to Tampa to see a friend in Febuary and was looking to rental a car for a couple days to drive over and see another friend a few hours away. Only problem is i'm 20 years old and everyone requires you to be at least 21.

Anyone know any car rentals in Tampa that rents to minors? Or even any ways to get around the age requirements?

 

Have your parents rent it! I would think as long as your using a major credit card they would take it. Well, its been a few since I lived in tampa so I can't help you there but do a car rental search at the airport and call each one.

 

they just charge you an underage fee i think, but thats if u are over 21 but under 25 if memory serves.

 

There is one here in Orlando, I believe the name is Thrifty or Budget, they rent to people under 21, but I think you can only get like a Ford Windstar

 

Damn this blows. I guess i'll have to see what my friend's, friend's, parents(lol) can do for me.
