Depends a lot on the company and the condition of the car. I had a running (but not really driveable) car trucked from southern FL to Norfolk, VA for $550. On the other hand, it cost me $1200 to get my non-running REPU to the same place from Sacremento. I used A AAAdvantage at http://www.carmoves.com I used an open trailer. Enclosed, of course, costs more.
